Eau Claire, Wis.-based Specialty Smile Partners appointed David Sopp as chief development officer.

Mr. Sopp was most recently the senior vice president of corporate development at Madison, Wis.-based First Choice Dental. He has also served as the vice president of corporate development at Feasterville-Trevose, Pa.-based Simply Beautiful Smiles.
