The decision for Mr. May and the nonprofit to part ways was mutual, according to the chair of Lamoille Health’s board of directors.

Mr. May had led the organization since 2020.

The nonprofit is also searching for a CFO to assist with finding other leadership candidates.

The current leadership vacancies are not impacting operations, with current staff and board members filling in temporarily.

Lamoille Health provides dental services to about 19,000 individuals and has locations in Stowe, Morrisville and Cambridge, Vt., the report said.
