2. Germany – 0.5 DMFT score

3. Finland – 0.7 DMFT score

4. United Kingdom – 0.8 DMFT score

5. Sweden – 0.8 DMFT score

6. Switzerland – 0.9 DMFT score

7. Canada – 1.0 DMFT score

8. Mexico – 1.1 DMFT score

9. United States – 1.2 DMFT score

10. France – 1.2 DMFT score
