Aetna Dental was ranked as the top dental plan provider for customer satisfaction, according to the "J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Dental Plan Satisfaction Study."
The company received a score of 816 out of a possible 1,000 points. Customer satisfaction was scored based on five categories: cost, plan coverage, communication, customer service, and claims and reimbursement.
The study was conducted from March to April 2023 and collected responses from 1,411 members of dental plans.
