1. Lynnwood, Wash.-based Edmonds College plans to launch a dental assistant program this fall, My Edmonds News reported.

2. Graham, N.C.-based Alamance Community College is planning to expand its dental assisting program to a facility at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry, which would make it the only such program in the area.

3. The University of New England’s College of Dental Medicine in Portland, the only dental school in Maine, is increasing its capacity to meet demand for dental services, particularly in rural parts of the state.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
