Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based National Dentex Labs has acquired South Charleston, W.Va.-based Dental Arts.

Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
With a network of more than 60 full-service labs and nearly 4,000 employed dental professionals, NDX is a leading provider of dental prosthetics and restorative products. Since 2015, the organization has aggressively expanded its national footprint to meet the changing market demands.
