Henry Schein One launches integrated phone system for dental practices

Henry Schein One has debuted a phone system that integrates with three of its patient communication platforms for dental practices, the dental software company said Nov. 29.

The company’s PhoneSight system is compatible with its Dentrix Patient Engage, Demandforce and Lighthouse software. The system identifies patients when they call a practice and lists information such as upcoming appointments that staff can review and prepare to help patients before answering the phone.

Dental practices can also customize greetings, music and hold messages, and can use automated routing options with the phone system.
