James Kunkemoeller, president and CEO of Great Lakes Dental Technologies, will retire Oct. 31, according to a Jan. 19 news release shared with Becker's.
After his retirement, Mr. Kunkemoeller will continue as chair of the company's board of directors.
Mr. Kunkemoeller joined Great Lakes Dental Technologies in 1986 and previously served as the company's executive vice president, vice president of sales and marketing, and sales and marketing manager.
Great Lakes Dental said it will seek candidates to succeed Mr. Kunkemoeller from within and outside the company.
