Carlsbad, Calif.-based dental equipment manufacturing company Zest Dental Solutions has ended its distribution agreement with Zimmer Biomet Dental.
Zest Locator product lines compatible with Zimmer Biomet implants can now be purchased through dental laboratories, a global Zest dental distributor or through Zest directly, according to a Jan. 4 press release.
Zest Locator products are compatible with all other major dental implant brands.
"For many years Zest has supported Zimmer Biomet’s overdenture offerings through co-branded Locator products manufactured only by Zest," Zest Dental Solutions CEO Tom Stratton said. "We are committed to supporting all doctors through the sale of Zimmer Biomet implant compatible, Zest-branded Locator abutments."
