DentalMonitoring taps former Align, Johnson & Johnson leaders to head new business unit

Dental software company DentalMonitoring has named three dental and healthcare industry veterans to lead its new business unit.

The DM Lab will help DentalMonitoring explore business opportunities and target growth options, it said in an April 11 news release

The company named three executives to lead the lab: RaphaĆ«l Pascaud as senior vice president and executive director, Alexandra Van der Stap as chief growth officer and Xavier Laniol as global head of commercial operations. 

Mr. Pascaud previously spent nine years at Align Technology, his final role being senior vice president of business development and strategy. He was also vice president of orthopedics for Johnson & Johnson's Europe, Middle East and Africa sector. Ms. Van der Stap worked with Align Technology for two years as vice president of marketing, strategy and consumer. Mr. Laniol spent 13 years with Johnson & Johnson in various roles, his most recent as a business unit director.
