Dental software company Planet DDS recently entered an agreement to be recapitalized by private equity firms Aquiline Capital Partners and Level Equity Management.
Planet DDS will use its new investments to fuel growth, it said in a June 1 news release.
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2022. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
