2 Henry Schein subsidiaries merge

Ace Surgical Supply Co., a bone regenerative products and surgical supplies provider and Southern Anesthesia and Surgical, a U.S. distributor of anesthesia and surgical supplies, have merged.

The new company is called Ace Southern, according to a July 6 news release.

Ace Surgical Supply and Southern Anesthesia and Surgical are subsidiaries of Henry Schein. Henry Schein and Ace Surgical Supply bought Southern Anesthesia and Surgical in 2017, according to the release.
