Darby Group Companies, the parent company of Darby Dental Supply, has made a strategic investment in dental glove manufacturer American Nitrile.
Grove City, Ohio-based American Nitrile creates DenTouch Gloves, which have a patented compression tip technology that improves dexterity and protection for dentists and dental hygienists, according to a July 18 news release.
Darby Dental Supply will be the first company to distribute the DenTouch Gloves.
The supplier has more than 50,000 products available for dental practices to access.
American Nitrile will manufacture approximately 3.6 billion gloves per year once its facility is fully scaled in 2024, the release said.
