The dental lab was founded in 1976 by John Kelly and has produced millions of dental appliances since, according to the company’s website.
A recorded message on the lab’s voicemail states that phone support is not available because of staffing shortages. The message also said the lab would be working to return case materials this week. Companies who wish to forward their cases to another lab were asked to email the lab’s customer service department.
A reason for the closure was not provided.
