Overjet recently acquired dental claims review company American Dental Examiners, according to a June 8 press release.
The acquisition joins Overjet's artificial intelligence technology with claim review services to offer its consumers lower costs, higher quality and simplified operations nationwide. The claim reviews are supported by a network of dentists and ADE's leadership team. Overjet stated that it currently has dental payers integrating AI-supported clinical reviews into their operations.
American Dental Examiners was founded in 1980 and is based in New Rochelle, N.Y. Overjet was founded in 2018 and is based in Cambridge, Mass.
