$240k federal grant to expand dental care in New Jersey

The Dr. Barry D. Elbaum Dental Center of Monmouth Family Health Center in Long Branch, N.J., has received a $240,000 federal grant to expand dental care access to low-income patients, according to an Independent report.

The grant, awarded by HHS, will allow the dental center to hire a new full-time dentist. Currently, the center has one full-time dentist and one part-time dentist.
