The lawsuit alleges that Dental Direkt GmbH, based in Spenge, used 3M’s tooth color matching technology when it was not licensed to do so.

This is not the first time 3M has filed lawsuits in Germany. In 2013, the company filed two product infringement lawsuits against dental companies in Dusseldorf, according to the report.
