1. The award is part of AADOM’s Green Leader Initiative, which educates dental office managers and practices about creating more sustainable dental practices.

2. Ms. Paye has spearheaded efforts to reduce Woodpoint Dental’s carbon footprint; for example, she has encouraged the use of recycled disposable products, implemented energy-saving computers, donated old equipment to dental schools for repurposing and instituted a carpooling program for team members.

3. The Green Leader Award is funded by a $25,000 grant from the Henry Schein Cares Foundation.
