Here’s what you should know.
1. The MouthMobile will travel across the country, stopping in 34 cities to provide free dental care to veterans.
2. Aspen Dental began the practice in 2014, and has since donated approximately $7.5 million and helped 12,000 veterans.
3. Michael Dickerson, DDS, an Aspen Dental physician, said serving physicians was a humbling experience. He said in a release, “We feel very lucky to be involved with the Healthy Mouth Movement program to help everyone out, and hopefully what we’re doing is making a real difference in these veterans’ lives.”
