Chester, Md.-based Billings & Murphy D.D.S., named Jonathan T. Soistman, DDS, partner, according to a report by The Democrat Star.
Dr. Soistman joined the practice as an associate in 2012. He earned his dental degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. He focuses on dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, according to the report.
