Dr. Arrow will be leaving the company effective Dec. 3 to pursue other opportunities. He joined the BIOLASE Board of Directors in July 2010. He remained on the Board and served as chairman of the audit and compensation committees until June 2013, when he was named president and COO of BIOLASE. In September of this year, he assumed the role of CMO.
