BIOLASE‘s stock is down by 9.3 percent, reaching $1.56, according to Engelwood Daily.

The Atlanta-based private equity firm Roark recently acquired the dental support organization Great Expressions Dental Centers.

The Milwaukee-based private equity firm Robert W. Baird gave Henry Schein an “outperform” rating, according to Financial Market News. Analysts from the firm have updated their price target on Henry Schein’s stock to $176.

Aspen Dental is set to open a new practice in Kennesaw, Ga.
