Here are six dental companies in the news this past week.

Danaher, Dentsply Sirona and Carestream Health are among the key vendors in the dental equipment market, which is expected to hit $7.5 billion by 2021.

Earlier this week, 3M shares fell 0.16 percent, hitting $181.11. The company has a P/E ratio of 9.36, according to equities.com.

Aspen Dental is opening a practice on July 14 in Cape Coral, Fla. Fernando Neira, DDS, is leading the clinic.

During the first quarter, Atlanta Capital Management lowered its stake in Henry Schein by 2.1 percent. Henry Schein comprises 1.8 percent of Atlanta Capital Management’s portfolio, according to The Cerbat Gem.
