2. The service offers providers improved claim management by allowing them to attach supporting documents like X-rays, periodontal charts or other documents payers require to adjudicate a claim.
3. DentalXChange President Scott Wellwood said, “Time is a crucial element when it comes to insurance claims. Payers need supporting documents to accompany the claim in order to fulfill the providers’ expectation of prompt payment. Our new attachment service addresses both of these needs, and does so in a way that is intuitive to the user.”
