In this role, Dr. Salgado-Parrilla will assist the dental residency program director and will treat patients at the health system’s dental center.
Here are three things to know about Dr. Salgado-Parrilla:
1. Prior to joining Mohawk Valley Health System, she served as the director and chief dental officer at CommWell Health in Dunn, N.C.
2. She holds memberships with American Dental Association, American Orthodontic Society and Academy of General Dentistry, among other professional societies.
3. She earned her dental degree at University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She went on to complete a general practice residency at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare in Utica, N.Y.
