In this role, Dr. Singer will head up the dental plan’s clinical review and utilization review activities in Florida. He has been with LIBERTY for the past six months in the role of dental consultant.
Dr. Singer has experience in clinical practice as well as managing large dental offices, dental claims review and quality assurance review of dentists.
