Here are five key notes:

1. Dr. Stilianos’ “dream office” will serve as a multipurpose medical facility with suites available for two tenants and the dental office.

2. He said no plans are set, but he anticipates a couple of physicians will serve patients in the building.

3. Urgent care is a possibility as well, Dr. Stilianos said.

4. Although he is certified to sedate patients, law requires practices to have a recovery room. Currently, Howell Family Dentistry lacks a recovery room, making the new medical building ideal for Dr. Stilianos to perform dental surgeries.

5. Dr. Stilianos aims to start construction in June or early July. So far, Dr. Stilianos obtained approval from planning commissioners for the 12,882-square-foot brick medical office building.
