Here are three key points:

1. The extension, which runs through 2020, builds on the current agreement in which Henry Schein’s Canadian dental subsidiary agreed to carry the entire Dentsply Sirona product line with the exception of the CEREC and Schick.

2. The agreement will go into effect September 1, 2017, and is expected to be neutral to Henry Schein’s earnings per share in 2017 and accretive thereafter.

3. Henry Schein Canada first entered an agreement with Dentsply Sirona in 2005.
