3M ESPE, the 3M’s dental division, received an award from the Dr. Edward B. Shils Entrepreneurial Fund for its support of the American Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile program.

Biolase announced that certain investors, directors and employees agreed to purchase $35 million of unregistered shares of the company’s common stock, according to a StreetInsider.com report.

Angela Lalor, a senior vice president with Danaher, sold 8,450 shares of the company’s stock at an average of $79.45 per share, according to a Sleek Money report. The transaction was a total of $671,352.

Albert Sterkenburg, a vice president with DENTSPLY International, sold 2,000 shares of company stock for a transaction total of $101,020, according to a Ticker Report.

Last week, Henry Schein‘s share price reached a new 52-week high, according to a WKRB News & Analysis report. The company’s stock traded as high as $122.79.

Keller Laboratories introduced ClearDream, an oral appliance for the treatment of mild to moderate sleep apnea in adults.
