Modern Dental Services of Dallas raises $2.5M for dental practice management

The newly-formed Modern Dental Services of Dallas are seeking to affiliate with dental practices from older practitioners and help them manage their practice with newly-raised $2.5 million in private equity, according to a Dallas Business Journal report.

The company is being backed by 21 investors. Among other services, the company will offer affiliate practices a structured transition opportunity as well as provide new employment options for young dentists.

Modern Dental Services has not affiliated with any practices as yet. Currently, it is focused on finding the right businesses to partner with in Texas, according to the report.
