Reveal Dental Partners, a newly formed DSO, has acquired Britely Dentures & Implants.
Britely Dentures & Implants was previously owned by Vista Verde Dental Partners. Britely has seven locations in five states.
The acquisition allows Reveal Dental Partners to expand its laboratory footprint, the DSO said April 15.
In addition to the acquisition, Dustin Netral has left his role as Vista Verde’s President and CEO to become Reveal Dental Partner’s chief strategy officer. Mr. Netral also serves as the vice president of the Association of Dental Support Organizations.
Reveal Dental Partners launched in January to support dental implant specialists.
