Here are four observations:
1. Dental volunteers administered care to nearly 70 veterans on Nov. 14.
2. Veterans received fillings, extractions, limited root canal therapy and limited denture services.
3. Only military veterans who are 100 percent disabled or experienced an oral injury related to their service receive these dental benefits.
4. The event had a waiting list of nearly 50 patients.
