Marion Dental Group has practices in Ocala and The Villages, Fla., according to a Nov. 6 news release.
The dental group was founded in 1978 by James Edwards, DDS.
Innovate 32 is aiming to forge partnerships with dental practices in the South and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The DSO was formed by private equity firm Shore Capital Partners and supports practices in Florida and Tennessee, the release said.
