1. MB2 Dental expanded into Iowa, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Vermont and West Virginia, bringing its footprint to 44 states.
2. The DPO completed 4 million patient visits in 2024.
3. In February, the company received $2.3 billion in unitranche debt financing.
4. In November, MB2 earned a $525 million investment, marking the company’s third recapitalization event in seven years.
