The companies, which were engaged in several legal disputes in the U.S. and Pakistan, opted to dismiss all claims with prejudice, according to court documents filed Dec. 27. Each company will bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees, the documents state.
Court documents indicate the companies participated in an arbitration proceeding administered by the International Chamber of Commerce’s International Court of Arbitration, with the latest hearing taking place Dec. 9-19.
