Dental implant company ZimVie is making several changes to its board of directors.
The company announced March 13 that Non-Executive Chair David King will not run for reelection as a director after his term expires May 7. President and CEO Vafa Jamali will take over as chair May 7. Additionally, Director Vinit Asar will step into the role of lead independent director.
ZimVie develops and manufactures products to support dental tooth replacement and restoration procedures.
