The Levi & Korsinsky law firm is investigating Community Dental Care’s recent data breach.
Community Dental Care, a nonprofit dental clinic with five locations throughout Minnesota, learned that certain personal information was accessed or acquired without authorization by an unknown actor on or about Dec. 6. The clinic completed a review of the impacted data March 24. The potentially impacted information may have included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, medical information and health insurance information, among other data.
Levi Korsinsky said April 7 that it is investigating whether individuals affected by the breach are entitled to compensation.
The law firm also began investigating Chord Specialty Dental Partners’ data breach earlier this month.
