Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance honored its top-performing dental providers during its inaugural President’s Club event.
Dentists and dental hygienists who were recognized demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient care and practice leadership, according to a May 6 news release from the DSO.
Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 practices and more than 900 dentists across 24 states.
Here are the honorees:
- General Dentist of the Year 2024: Charles Cooper, DMD, Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry
- Periodontist of the Year 2024: David Scharf, DMD, Scharf Periodontics & Dental Implants (Babylon, N.Y.)
- Pediatric Dentist of the Year 2024: Arwa Owais, DDS, Austin (Texas) Children’s Dentistry
- Orthodontist of the Year 2024: Scott Eckels, DDS, Eckels Orthodontics (Parkersburg, W.Va.)
- Oral Surgeon of the Year 2024: David Lee, DDS, MD, Dental Specialty Center Oral Surgery & Dental Implants (Lakeland, Fla.)
- Hygienist of the Year 2024: Madeeha Rana, Cosmetic Dental Associates of Burke (Va.)
- Rookie of the Year 2024 – Dentist: Tim Jaeger, DMD, Dental Specialty Center (DSC) Oral Surgery of Brandon (Fla.)
- Rookie of the Year 2024 – Hygienist: Erica Barlow, Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry
- Excellence in Office Culture 2024: Fouad AlMalki, DDS, Dental Specialty Center of Virginia Beach (Va.)
