1. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Soper is the co-founder of Cordental Group.
2. Ms. Soper began her career as a pharmaceutical sales executive. In a joint venture, she formed Infusion Partners, which grew to over $60 million in revenue before selling in 2007.
3. She later partnered with a private equity firm to develop CarePoint Partners, a home infusion company that grew with more than $150 million in revenue.
4. After selling CarePoint Partners, Ms. Soper developed Cordental Group.
5. She is a board member of Anne Arundel Dermatology Management.
