1. Orange, Calif.-based Sonrava Health and several of its dental subsidiaries have agreed to pay $540,000 to resolve allegations that it fraudulently submitted claims for reimbursement under Medicare and Medicaid.
2. 1. The Aspen Group agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit, filed in response to an April 2023 data breach, for $4.4 million.

1. Southfield, Mich.-based Great Expressions Dental Centers agreed to pay $2.7 million to settle a class action lawsuit related to its 2023 data breach.
2. West Coast Dental Administrative Services and its founders and former owners paid $6.3 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act.
3. Aspen Dental agreed to a settlement to resolve claims that it violated Florida telemarketing laws.
2023
1. The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office announced in January that Aspen Dental will pay $3.5 million to resolve claims that the DSO used deceptive advertising campaigns on thousands of Massachusetts consumers.
