Wisconsin retail property with a Heartland Dental practice sells for $1.2M

A retail property in Plover, Wis., that includes a Heartland Dental practice location has been sold for $1.2 million. 

The two-suite, 5,054-square-foot property is occupied by a Papa Murphy’s Pizza location alongside the Heartland practice, according to an Aug. 20 news release from real estate firm Marcus & Millichap. 

The buyer was Niets Investment Company and the seller was VP Plover. 

Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., supporting more than 1,800 practice locations.
