A retail center in Lakewood, Colo., that includes an Aspen Dental location has been sold for $6.4 million.
The 10,000-square-foot property’s other tenants include Chipotle, Crisp & Green and Which Wich, according to a Sept. 5 news release from Blue West Capital.
The seller was a local investment firm and the buyer was a Colorado-based 1031 exchange investor.
Chicago-based Aspen Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting a network of more than 1,100 dental practices.
