Here are seven artificial intelligence updates that have taken place since July 11:

1. Dental AI company Pearl introduced Imagecheck, an AI-powered dental radiograph quality assurance program.

2. Trust AI raised $6 million to support its product offerings for dentists. 

3. Pittsburgh-based North American Dental Group added Overjet’s IRIS Smart Imaging software at its more than 200 practice locations.

4. VideaHealth launched ClaimsAI, its artificial intelligence-driven RCM platform.

5. Pearl appointed Cher-Marie Scott as vice president of international sales.

6. Pearl partnered with Denver-based Apryse, developer of MiPACS, a dental-imaging software platform, to enhance diagnostic accuracy and streamline clinical workflows.

7. A class-action lawsuit was filed against Heartland Dental for its use of AI to analyze patient phone calls.
