Here are five dental industry acquisitions Becker’s has reported on since Sept. 16:

1. A retail center in Norwalk, Conn., that includes an Aspen Dental practice location was purchased for $44.5 million.

2. Dental implant manufacturer ZimVie’s stockholders voted to approve the acquisition of the company by Archimed for $730 million.

3. A dental practice in Cape Coral, Fla., that is leased to Heartland Dental, was sold for $3.1 million.

4. Westchase Smiles Institute purchased a building in Tampa, Fla., for $1.1 million to relocate its practice.

5. A retail center in Lakewood, Colo., that includes an Aspen Dental location was sold for $6.4 million.
