Dentists and other companies have kicked off 2026 strong with several acquisitions.
11 moves to know from January:
- Devinn Geeson, DDS, acquired three continuing education brands in the dental industry.
- Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners acquired Ironwood Dental in Tucson, Ariz. It also acquired two general dentistry practices, including its first practice in Arizona.
- New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management continued its 2026 growth in Ohio with the addition of multi-location practice. It also acquired Laskey Dental Care and Great Smiles Family Dentistry in Toledo, Ohio.
- Chicago-based The Sonrisa Group expanded its network into Florida with an acquisition and multiple location openings.
- Dental equipment company Solmetex acquired ReLeaf, an evacuation tool manufacturer for hygiene and clinical procedures.
