Milwaukee-based Marquette School of Dentistry has received a $2 million gift to establish its first endowed directorship.
The school will create an endowed director of oral and maxillofacial surgery, according to a March 19 news release from the university.
Michael Miskella, DDS, an alumni of the dental school, and his wife Rosaleen, provided the gift.
The School of Dentistry provides more than 100,000 visits each year, the release said.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
