1. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental opened Dental Care at Union Ridge in Ridgefield.
2. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners partnered with Heiden Family Dental in Sunnyside.
3. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners added Haeger Orthodontists, which has locations in Kent and Maple Valley.
Oregon
1. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners added World of Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Portland.
California
1. Salt Lake City-based Bridge Dental Group added Foothill Family Dental Group and Peak Dental Specialists.
2. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health opened Benton Modern Dentistry in Winchester, Calif.
3. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners added Berkeley & Orinda Orthodontics, which has three locations in California.
4. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners entered a new joint venture partnership with Advanced Periodontics Implant Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
5. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management partnered with Hidemi Oka, DMD, in Union City, Calif.
