Here are six recent dental industry deals worth more than $159 million:

1. An MB2 Dental property in Yuba City, Calif., was sold for $1.65 million.

2. Lupin Dental, a dental robotics and technology company based in France, closed on a series A financing round of about $17.4 million.

3. Dental technology company Sonendo closed a $15.5 million senior secured term loan — with access to an additional $4.5 million in committed capital and $5 million in subordinated financing — to refinance its existing $13.7 million debt facility.

4. Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care completed a recapitalization transaction that provided $75 million in new capital and extended debt maturities to 2031.

5. Roseville, Minn.-based Park Dental Partners agreed to acquire Village Family Dental DSO in a deal worth up to $46M.

6. A three-tenant retail paid in Lexington, S.C., that is anchored by a PDS Health practice was sold for $3.67 million.
