Here are eight dental industry acquisitions that took place in September:

1. Dallas-based MB2 Dental acquired Hawaii Pacific Dental Group in Honolulu.

2. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners added a dental practice in Phoenix to its network.

3. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management entered Virginia with the acquisition of Seven Pines Dental Group.

4. Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire healthcare and dental technology company Weave.

5. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Legacy Dental Group acquired the dental practice of Joseph Elkins Jr., DDS, marking the DSO’s sixth acquisition since its founding.

6. Rochester Hills, Minn.-based Daia Orthodontics & TMJ Orthopedics, expanded into Canada with the acquisition of four practices.

7. Woodside Health, a real estate private equity firm, acquired two medical properties in Virginia anchored by Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance.

8. CrownPoint Partners, a national real estate brokerage, completed more than 27 dental sale-leaseback transactions year-to-date, totaling more than $34 million in transaction volume.
