Denver-based Elevate Dental Partners has added Compass Dental Services, a dental group with seven locations throughout Texas.
Scott Ballard, DMD, and David Ballard, DDS, have been building Compass Dental Services for more than 20 years, growing the organization to 91 operatories, according to a Nov. 2 news release from Polaris Healthcare Partners, which served as an advisor to Compass Dental Services.
Drs. Scott and David Ballard will remain with the organization in leadership roles and are becoming shareholders in Elevate. Compass Dental Services’ partner dentists will continue leading their practices as Elevate partners.
Elevate Dental Partners supports practices across Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Kansas and Texas.
“Scott and David built something special: strong practices, long-tenured teams and deep roots in the communities they serve,” Matt Hendrick, co-founder of Elevate Dental Partners, said in the release. “What drew us to Compass was the culture they created and the clinical leadership in every office.”
